GET TO KNOW US

Since opening our doors in 1979, we’ve been committed to our clients’ unique project needs and achieving their utmost satisfaction with our work. As a leader in the industry, we use a comprehensive and personalized approach to provide a wide range of services for projects we’re involved with, spanning from residential/commercial grading and clearing, septic system installations and repairs, organic material dumping site, hauling services, demolitions, water delivery services, dumpster delivery services, seawalls and soil erosion measures. We also have a strong passion for revitalizing the method in which materials from job sites are handled and disposed of. Our Material Supply Yard/ Waste Reduction Facility uses a new patent pending composting service - "Airwareness" and serves as the area's new environmentally safe and progressive method of recycling materials from project sites and turning them into sustainable materials for future use.

How does our composting process work?

As is custom these days, materials and yard wastes cleared from job sites, projects and demolitions are brought to large landfills, where they are dumped and covered up with no future use. The threat these landfills pose to the environment is vast. Not only do they create toxins, deadly fires, and greenhouse gases, but they are also seen as an unsightly vision to our communities. To combat the issues posed by landfills in the area, we use a patent pending service called "Airwareness" to recycle unwanted waste materials and turn them into a usable product. "Airwareness" refers to a service regulated by Air Quality, that begins with unused job site waste materials, (i.e. brush, trees, leaves, dirt), that are dumped at our Waste Reduction Facility. After being dumped, the materials are reduced to ash through a process that is Air Quality approved and regulated to reduce emissions. Once reduced, the material is sifted through, composted, and added to already existing soil. The end result is a product that is sold as an organically rich and environmentally nutritious topsoil. The composted topsoil, along with the other products we house at the Facility, allows local landscaping and construction companies to have easy access to organically sourced job materials in the Mooresville and surrounding areas.
